- Position Summary:
Hillsboro Area Hospital is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the Registration department as Manager. The Registration Manager is in a full-time position 80 hours per pay period. Monday through Friday days. Must have a passion to exceed customer satisfaction and quality standards and enjoy leading a team. Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and computer skills.
Duties:
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- The ability to educate and coach staff members to create a team approach is a must.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating the overall function of the department.
Education & Experience:
- 1-year previous hospital registration experience preferred.
