As the Flex Grant Coordinator, Laura is responsible for implementing and managing the Illinois Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant. She does this through collaboration with individual critical access hospitals to identify needs and lack of resources that can be addressed through grant activities. Laura helps to design and implement these grant activities and then ensures that the projects are completed in a timely fashion. In addition, Laura serves as the facilitator for several peer network groups and assists with these groups' activities and training events.
