As Executive Director, Pat has the overall accountability and responsibility for the organization and its subsidiaries and reports directly to the ICAHN Board of Directors. She is also responsible for our Accountable Care Organization / IRCCO (Illinois Rural Community Care Organization), and she represents the organization and its members, serving as Chief Officer.
