Illinois law requires all persons who hold a professional license issued by the Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation (IDFPR) to complete a one-hour sexual harassment training for license renewal.

This online course will cover the following topics:

  • Sexual harassment, including forms and types
  • Unwelcome sexual conduct
  • Reporting sexual harassment at work and to outside entities
  • Whistleblower protections
