IBCCP Lead Agencies: Sexual Harassment Training
This training for IBCCP lead agency staff meets the new Illinois continuing education requirement on sexual harassment for RNs, LPNs, LCSW, and LCPC. A certificate of attendance will be given to other attendees.
This training will cover the following required topics:
- What is sexual harassment
- What to do if someone experiences or witnesses unwelcome sexual conduct
- How to report sexual harassment at your place of employment or outside entities
- Whistle blower protections
NOTE: This training is for IBCCP Lead agencies only. You must identify your agency when you register. Individuals who are not IBCCP lead agency staff will be invoiced $25.00 per person to participate.
Support for this program comes from the Illinois Department of Public Health, Office of Women’s Health and Family Services.
As of January 1, 2020, a new Illinois law goes into effect that requires all persons who hold a professional license issued by the Department of Professional Regulation to complete sexual harassment training. This training meets that requirement for the disciplines listed above. The webinar will be recorded and available to IBCCP staff until June 30, 2020.
