The Youth Mental Health Crisis: Building Capacity Through Innovation & Collaboration in Schools
Join Broadband Illinois for a series of free virtual telehealth forums this month.
The Partnership for a Connected Illinois (PCI) has been awarded a grant to plan a pilot of a system to supplement existing behavioral health services to K-12 students. The pilot would expand telebehavioral health services within each tier of a public health model, providing access to self-help resources for parents and students, online behavioral health tools (e.g. skill-building coaches, moderated peer support groups, 1:1 asynchronous chatting), teletherapy, and care coordination. PCI will launch at least 2 pilots in September 2023 and several additional pilots in January 2024.
