Swing Bed Therapy: Old, New, and Bold

Before the pandemic, swing bed therapy services were adjusting to providing care to an aging and increasingly comorbid patient base.  Post pandemic--an influx of PASC (Long COVID) patients are adding to the therapy needs of patients.

This webinar will spend a short time reviewing old--what had been the traditional approach to swing bed services.  Then it is time to solidify the new--a movement towards admission and care of clinically complex patients.  And finally, a look at how to boldly address what is in future for all levels of therapy services with Long COVID, not only now, but in the  future.
