Social Determinants of Health Conference

ICAHN's Social Determinants of Health Conference, "Improving Your Community's Well-Being and Outcomes" will be held on Tuesday, August 9 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Erin's Pavilion in Springfield. This conference will focus on the intersection between past and present events in understanding SDoH and how this understanding can be used to improve health and well-being in your community.
