ICAHN announces Outpatient Services and Population Health Flex Grant award

ICAHN is pleased to announce this year's Flex Grants in the areas of Outpatient Services and Population Health will be awarded to the following hospitals:

2020-2021 Outpatient Services Award:

3. Horizon Health (retinal camera)
4. Genesis Medical Center, Aledo
5. Hammond Henry Hospital
6. Salem Township Hospital (community wellness group)
7. Mason District Hospital

2020-2021 Population Health Award:

1. Wabash General Hospital (mobile mammography)
2. Clay County Hospital
3. Sparta Community Hospital
4. Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital
5. Illini Community Hospital
6. Genesis Medical Center Aledo
7. Marshall Browning Hospital
8. Warner Hospital and Health Services (Matter of Balance)
9. Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center, Harvard
10. Lawrence County Memorial Hospital
11. Memorial Hospital, Chester (Care Management)
12. OSF Holy Family
13. Pana Community Hospital

The funding for the Flex Grant is through the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant Program and made available to us through the Illinois Department of Public Health’s Center for Rural Health.
