Mentorship Through Caoching

As part of the Rural Health Coach Program, this workshop is dedicated to train students and volunteers. An individual from your facility will benefit from this training and may then bring the program back to your organization and staff. A PCA instructor is an individual who has included the Instructor Training Program and is thereby qualified to deliver the PCA workshop and award our national certification.

Learning outcome Standards are based on coaching standards, Dimensions of Wellness, Trans Theoretical Model of Behavior Change, Coaches Registry, and Coaching Federation.

Whether you aspire to help others in work and/or life, becoming a PCA empowers you to help them achieve their goals. Recent data suggests that less than 5% of those who set goals will actually achieve them. Become a PCA and defy the odds!

Program books and lunch will be provided. There is a small registration fee of $25.
