Telehealth Billing, Quality and Financial Metrics

Therapy managers and practitioners, quality departments, billing and coding departments are invited to participate in a Rick Gawenda webinar on "Telehealth Billing, Quality, and Financial Metrics in the Rehab Department" on Thursday, December 10 from 1 to 3 p.m. Objectives of the event include providing the current status of telehealth for Medicare outpatient therapy service and any pending legislation (including how to do the billing and the UB-04 claim form), and providing an in-depth review of practice metrics and financial status, including what to track to improve the department.

Rick Gawenda, PT, is a licensed physical therapist with 25 years of experience and currently serves as the founder and president of Gawenda Seminars and Consulting, Inc. Previously working as Director of Physical Medicine for Detroit Receiving Hospital, he was responsible for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services, both in the inpatient and outpatient setting.
