Stroke: 10 Fast Facts

By attending this webinar, participants will be able to state the nursing care needs for a patient with an acute stroke. Within the content, the presenter will discuss ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke and the pathophysiology of each type, signs and symptoms of strokes, and the immediate care nurses should take including vital signs, blood work, ECG, and evaluation of sensory and motor functions.
