The Spring Member Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 21 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at O'Shea Builders Training Facility, 3401 Constitution Drive, Springfield, IL. A continental breakfast will be available at 9 a.m. The Member Business Meeting will be called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Doug Florkowski, ICAHN Board President. Randy Dauby, Regulatory and Legislative Committee Chair, will give a federal and state update, and Don Robbins, Issues Committee Co-Chair, will discuss the Medicare Advantage Project. Pat Schou, ICAHN Executive Director, will give an ICAHN services update and an ICAHN building update. Pam Pfister, Trailblazer Project Chair, will also give a committee report and Mr. Florkowski will discuss bylaws revisions and the need for practitioners to become involved with ICAHN's External Peer Review. Mr. Dauby and Ms. Schou will close the member meeting with "Marketing the Rural Message."

At 10:30 a.m., Tracy Bauer, CEO, Midwest Medical Center, will discuss MMC's journey, "New Building Challenges to Financial Success," followed at 11 a.m. by Teresa Miller, LCSW, UltraGroup Healthcare, who will present "Have Geriatric Outpatient Mental Health Services Made an Impact?" At 11:45 a.m., Tracey Smith, DNP, PHCNS-BS, MS, Assistant Professor and Director of Population Health & Community Outreach, Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, will discuss the Community Health Worker Program, "New Care Role for Rural Communities."

Lunch will be served at 12:15 p.m., followed at 12:45 p.m. by Kimberly Heller, Partner, Wipfli CPAs and Consultants, who will present "The Changing of the Landscape of Post Acute Care," followed at 1:30 p.m. by Rex Brown, CEO, Hillsboro Area Hospital, who will discuss "The Last Bright Light in the Darkness."

The event concludes around 3 p.m. There will be 3.0 ACHE credit awarded for successful completion.
