8:30-9:30 am     Overview of the Rural Health Clinic Program
Includes RHC regulations, compliance, and enrollment.
9:30-10:30 am   RHC Financial Management
 Overview of RHC financial performance, including Illinois RHC profile
and operational indicators. Consider expanding services to Medicare patients.
10:30-11 am      Break
11 am-12 pm     RHC Billing
                         Includes basic RHC billing concepts, billing for RHC vs. non-RHC services,
and specific billing examples.
12:30-1:30 pm   Lunch (Provided)
1:30-2:30 pm     Introduction to RHC Cost Reporting
                         Including a basic understanding of the purpose of the RHC cost report,
relationship between billing and cost reporting, and data that must be tracked
to comply with cost reporting requirements.
2:30-3:30 pm     RHC Benchmarking
Use of the NARHC Benchmark Report to uncover opportunities for improvement.
