knowledge regarding respiratory assessment and appropriate oxygen therapy to the provision of care within their healthcare delivery facility.

  • Identify anatomical and physiological roles of the heart and lungs in a respiratory assessment.
  • Identify normal and abnormal findings in a respiratory assessment.
  • Identify various methods of oxygen therapy.
  • Identify indications for various methods of therapy.
