OVERVIEW:

It's time to PUMP UP your leadership! As a leader, there are actions you can take to enhance resilience and restore joy in the workplace.  This webinar will focus on creating a supportive and empowering work environment that supports the well-being of the hospital workforce through organizational improvements and individual self-care strategies.

CONTENT:

- Review drivers of burnout and caregiver suffering and stress.
- Enhance resilience through peer-to-peer coaching and positive self-care.
- Select a leadership strategy to improve the work environment to reduce burnout.
- Know the responsibilities leaders have in driving joy in practice.

PRESENTER:

Dr. Pamela Cipriano is the Dean and Sadie Heath Cabaniss Professor at the University of Virginia's School of Nursing in Charlottesville, VA. Prior to this appointment, she served two terms as the president of the American Nurses Association (ANA), the largest nurses' organization in the United States. She is known nationally and internationally as a strong advocate for growing nursing's influence on health care policy, and leading efforts to advance the role and visibility of nurses.
