Do they stay?  This interactive series will give you important skills to help you successfully integrate and retain team members  into your work culture. Topics covered include personalities and generations in the workplace, communication and conflict resolution skills, and emotional intelligence. The series will also focus on building and sustaining a mentor program in your facility.
