Dr. Crawford is a dedicated nurse and educator with over 20 years of experience in healthcare with a wealth of knowledge regarding LGBTQIA+ health advocacy. As a trans masculine person, Dr. Crawford brings personal and professional insight and expertise to the challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals in healthcare settings. Currently, Dr. Crawford serves as an assistant professor of nursing, where they focus on equipping future nurses and current healthcare providers with the knowledge and skills necessary to create safe and inclusive environments for all patients.
