ICAHN and Barbara A. Weiner are offering a webinar, "Legal and Ethical Issues in Providing Behavioral Healthcare" on Thursdays, February 7 and 21, beginning at 1 p.m. and running through 2:30 p.m. This webinar will cover:

Barbara A. Weiner has practice law for more than 30 years. She represents more than 100 community agencies and critical access hospitals. She also represents many individual healthcare providers including physicians, psychologists, and other behavioral health providers. Barbara has written two books on mental health law. These programs are designed to give you practical advice on the legal issues that arise in providing behavioral health services.

Cost to participate is $600 per organization or $100 per individual. The onetime cost includes both sessions. Registration information will be made available soon. 1.5 CEUs per session for nurses, LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, and Clinical Psychologists.
