During this interactive workgroup session, there will be discussions about the new partnership with CHS, our new Medicare Advantage (MA) program, and future opportunities for the hospitals. We plan to meet initially as a large group, then move into workgroups for a small portion of the meeting, and conclude by coming back together to allow for questions and further discussion.

Talking points will include a review of IRCCO's 2020 performance plus the joint venture with CHS, Medicaid MCO contracting, direct contracting, Value-Based Care 101 (including HCC, AWV, and impact on market share and reimbursement), followed by referral management and utilization control with technology.

At least one representative from each participating IRCCO hospital is asked to be present at this meeting.

There is no cost to participate in the meeting, but advance registration is required for food planning. Deadline to register is Friday, October 1. Those wishing to secure accommodations at the I-Hotel should reference https://stayatthei.com. There are no discount codes for this event.
