ICAHN Leadership Mastermind- Executive Program
It's lonely at the top. You have big decisions to make and lots of pressure to make the best decision possible. ICAHN is hosting a Leadership Mastermind for executive leaders. The Mastermind is a place to learn and share with your peers. It's a resource where you can bring your challenges to gain insight from the group. Our main focus will be on those culture and leadership issues you face as a top leader. The program is limited to 25 people.
The Executive Mastermind will be facilitated by our partners at People Centric Consulting Group. People Centric has experience working with critical access hospitals in helping them build healthy organizations with a strong culture and in supporting leaders.
A Mastermind program is about sharing insights. It is an opportunity for you to collaborate and learn from other top level hospital administrators. Guided discussions will focus on establishing a strong culture, developing a strong inner circle, controlling your work/life balance, effective communication, and the technical challenges (board relations, reimbursement, quality and process improvement) faced by top administrators.
Through the webinars and retreats, we will explore:
- Personal leadership and development - Before you develop your team, it's critical to take care of yourselves. We'll take some time to reflect on your personal leadership traits, identify what you need to be successful, and build actionable goals that will help our personal growth.
- High Performance Culture - We'll discuss and identify what elements are needed to build a high performance culture where employees are empowered, but aligned with your organization.
- Innovation and strategy - You have to get creative to fill the gaps in your organization. Together, our group will discuss and work through these gaps and challenges that are hindering quality work and production.
- Team Dynamics - It's hard to retain top employees. It's hard to build that pipeline of leaders who are ready and capable of problem solving and influencing others. It's hard to have healthy conflict and hold each other accountable when stakes are high. We'll explore what effective teams look like and identify some things you can implement so your teams can be stronger together.
