ICAHN Annual Conference Call for Presenters
ICAHN is now accepting breakout session proposals for our Annual Conference taking place on November 4, 2025 at the I Hotel and Conference Center in Champaign, IL. We're looking for engaging and knowledgeable presenters to deliver timely, relevant content that reflects the dynamic nature of rural health care.
This year’s conference theme is Pathway Forward: Technology, Teamwork, and Transformation, and we are especially interested in presentations that align with this focus.
Submission deadline in July 7, 2025. You will be notified by August 8, 2025, if your presentation is accepted.
Conference Attendees
Attendees include c-suite executives, hospital leaders, and department heads from critical access and small rural hospitals across Illinois, all seeking the latest insights on issues affecting their hospitals and communities.
Presentation Opportunities
We welcome proposals on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
- Hospital leadership
- Hospital operations
- Hospital finance
- Quality initiatives
- Health equity and social determinants of health
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technology
- Board Governance
Breakout Session Expectations
- Breakout sessions are 45 minutes long and should include time for a question-and-answer period.
- Sessions may be delivered by a single presenter or with co-presenters. All speakers must be identified at the time of submission.
- If your proposal is accepted, please complete all paperwork and send a copy of your PowerPoint to ICAHN by the deadline included in your letter of acceptance.
- Sales presentations of any kind will not be accepted.
- Accepted presenters will receive one complimentary registration for the conference. Transportation, meals, and lodging are the responsibility of each presenter and will not be reimbursed.
