• Sarah Badahman President and Founder of HIPAAtrek will present on “Navigating Regulatory Risk in a
Rapidly Changing Environment.” In this presentation, we will review the upcoming proposed final
rules and NPRMs (Notice of Proposed Rule Making). Participants will have a full understanding of what
the proposed changes are as well as be able to identify potential risks to their organization as these
new rules are published. We will discuss risk management tactics to implement in order to keep up
with the changing regulatory environment while managing compliance risk.

• Robin Tripp, MAS, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, CRC, Director of Education, Revenue Cycle and Coding, AHIMA
