This webinar will focus on the evidence supporting High Velocity Nasal Insufflation (HVNI) as an alternative to NIPPC as a tool to treat respiratory distress in the emergency department. Expert presenter Brent Ryherd, RCP, RRT-NPS, BSRT, as presented regioanlly and nationally on this topic.

  • Explain the primary mechanisms of action of HVNI insufflation.
  • Identify the patient types and parameters on how to apply the theapy to each.
  • Discuss how to implement HVNI in your emergency department.
