FMT Reports and Resources: What does this report say about us?

Susan Runyan will review how to read the FMT MBQIP Reports.  There are three separate MBQIP reports--Patient Safety and Inpatient/Outpatient, EDTC, and HCAHPS.  We will review all of these reports and learn how to interpret the report to support improvement initiatives.  Resources are available for best practice on the MBQIP measures and quality improvement strategies.
