Overview:

It is critical for every supervisor to understand the laws related to the employment relationship and how to document to avoid successful litigation against your organization. This two-part series will be on March 11 and 18 from 11:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.

Session 1: A Comprehensive Overview & Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

This session includes what every supervisor needs to know about anti-discrimination laws, ADA, FMLA, and other acts.

Session 2: Doing it Right: Effective Hiring, Supervision, and Discipline

This session includes a focus on COVID-19 issues and working from home, plus hiring, orientation, training, and evaluating performance.

Fee: $600 per organization or $100 per individual. This is a Barbara Weiner webinar and is not a part of the VIP subscription package.

This series will be recorded and available for two months after the live event.
