This course meets the State of Illinois education requirement on the diagnosis, treatment, and care of persons with Alzheimer's disease
Course Objectives
- Describe how to identify and diagnose Alzheimer's disease.
- Identify appropriate strategies to treat patient's with Alzheimer's disease.
- Describe effective communication strategies to use when caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease.
- Identify care and management strategies for someone with Alzheimer's disease.
Fee
VIP Subscribers: No charge
$750.00 per facility for non- VIP subscribers or $25.00 per person.
Certificate Awarded for Successful Completion of the Course
1.0 Nurse contact hour.
Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) is an approved provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
