Before joining ICAHN, Kathy served as Administrator at Illini Community Hospital, Pittsfield, for 11 years. Backed by over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Kathy now leads special project such as Community Health Needs Assessments, BoardTrax for Healthcare Leadership, Leadership Recruitment Services, and various others.
She holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration.
