Holly A Jones joined Illini Community Hospital in 2010 as the Administrative Director of Nursing. In 2022, she was promoted to the role of Vice President/Administrator and in 2025, she assumed the role Vice President/Administrator of Denman Services Incorporated serving in a dual capacity for the Blessing Health System. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Blessing Rieman College of Nursing and has earned a Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma. She was awarded The Studer Group’s 2017 “Difference Maker Award” honoring an individual who embodies the personal and professional values that make a difference in healthcare.

She has served as chapter president of the Illinois Organization of Nurse Leaders from 2014-2018, John Wood Community College Health Advisory Board, and as a member of the Pike County Economic Development Committee.
