This workshop will explore challenges and opportunities in behavioral healthcare and what you can do in your community to improve treatment, availability, and accessability to mental health services.  Presenters will focus on current resources, services, and models of success including:

  • Utilizing technology and telehealth for behavioral health management
  • Activating community resources for patient and population health
  • Recognizing wellness and recovery efforts supported in rural Illinois by DHS/DMH (panel discussion)
  • Identify special needs related to pediatric psychiatric care and consultation services available to physicians and allied health providers
  • Describe the use of CCM codes, activities, and billing within the rural health setting

Cost: $55.00 per person
