About Us

ICAHN  Professional Education Services goal is to enhance the professional knowledge of health care providers through educational opportunities.

Through ICAHN Professional Education Services, nurses and other rural health care providers, especially those practicing in Illinois' Critical Access Hospitals, are able to participate in continuing education programs that offer high quality, convenient, and cost effective options.  Program topics are broad and comprehensive, and are designed to promote and enrich provider knowledge.

All  educational activities are developed by the ICAHN nurse planning committee, under the guidance of the Lead Nurse planner.  The Lead Nurse Planner is responsible for assuring that all educational programs provided meet the criteria for continuing education.
