Speaker Bios:

Patty Harper

Patty Harper is CEO of InQuiseek, LLC, a business and healthcare consulting company based in Louisiana. She is well known for her involvement with rural health clinics and rural hospitals, especially across the South.    With over 18 years of healthcare experience in the areas of healthcare finance & reimbursement, health information management, compliance, and physician practice management, Patty began her healthcare career as a hospital controller and reimbursement analyst.  She holds a B.S. (cum laude) from Louisiana Tech University.  She is credentialed through AHIMA as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), CHTS-IM (EHR Implementation Specialist) and CHTS-PW (Practice Workflow and Information Management Redesign Specialist) and has been recognized as an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer since 2011. She is also a frequent speaker and contributor for national, state and regional and rural healthcare associations on these and other reimbursement-related topics.  She holds a board seat on Louisiana Rural Health Association and is an active committee member for LRHA and NARHC projects.  She holds active memberships in many regional, state and national organizations including NARHC, NRHA, AHIMA, MGMA, AAPC and HFMA.  

Dianne Bourque

Dianne Bourque, RN, CNOR, CASC has worked as a registered nurse for over 25 years, where she began her career as a L&D nurse in a rural southern Louisiana hospital.  As a nurse manager at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX in in 1994, the needs of high-risk populations became the focus of her passion.  In 2004, she accepted a position as an ASC Administrator and opened a new center in Plano, TX. With a range of experience from healthcare management to ASC and OBS consulting, she has gained exposure to many types of accreditation programs and the special challenges each could present to an organization.  After years performing healthcare surveys on ASCs and RHCs across the country, Dianne joined The Compliance Team in 2015, where she is active as a surveyor, a trainer, and a clinical resource in both the RHC and PCMH accreditation programs.  She is a vocal advocate for healthcare quality and accessibility for rural Americans and lives in McKinney, TX.
