What is the cost associated with replacing an employee and training a new one? How is building a culture focused on continuous learning a strategy for healthcare organizations' to promote retention? What are the critical steps to take when onboarding a new employee? ICAHN and efficientC are kicking off their webinar/seminar series on Wednesday, September 12 to answer all these questions and more! All business office leaders, billing trainers, team leads, cid:image002.png@01D412AE.23543E40and financial managers are invited to participate.

First in the webinar series is “Keys to Employee Onboarding & Continuous Learning", which will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12th. Sue York, RHIA, CRCE-I, CPC, COC, Director of Learning & Consulting Service, efficientC | OS inc., will serve as the featured speaker. Ms. York has more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare field. This session will provide you with a high-level overview of the critical role of onboarding and training in the business office. We will discuss how to identify gaps in your training process and how to overcome them to successfully onboard new staff members. There will also be discussion on the importance of fostering a learning culture to promote retention and how to create one in your own organizations.

Subsequent webinar sessions will be held on October 10, November 7, and December 12, and in January, there will be an all day workshop, so please save the dates. These sessions will focus on Coding, Developing Payer Scorecards, Change Management, and advanced healthcare billing. You will receive a new registration link each time.
