The Patient Experience Defined: Building a Culture of Excellence

ICAHN Professional Education Services is offering a webinar series, "The Patient Experience Defined: Building a Culture of Excellence," on Thursdays, May 17, 24, and 31 from 11 a.m. to noon. Explore opportunities and strategies that promote a culture of delivering patient experience excellence in small and rural Illinois hospitals. This three-part webinar series features expert presenter from the Beryl Institute.

All webinars will be recorded and available 24/7 for two months following the live event. Sessions include:

  • May 17: The State of Patient Experience and Eight Guiding Principles for Experience Excellence - This includes a look at critical factors in building and sustaining patient experience efforts
  • May 24: From Bedside to Board Room, Partnering with Patients - This includes exploring realistic resources, community dynamics, barriers to engagement, and patient activation.
  • May 31: The Secret in Achieving Excellence in the Healthcare Experience - This includes how purpose, accountability, and ownership form the framework of delivering excellence.
