Do you feel it's important to break down communication silos to include all departments, and especially, marketing? Do you want to know and see best practice examples of what other CAHs are doing to promote their swing bed programs?
Please participate in ICAHN's next PR-Marketing-Development Peer Network webinar, "Bringing Our Patients Back: Marketing Our Swing Bed Program Inside and and Outside Our Walls," slated for Wednesday, February 28th from 11 a.m. to noon. Memorial Hospital-Carthage has established a best practice and Annette Heinecke, MSEd, Director of Care Coordination, Memorial Hospital and Clinics, will be speaking on how marketing and case management align. Angie Charlet, ICAHN Director of Quality, Education Services and Compliance, will discuss what quality of care outcomes are being measured to assist marketing efforts as well as the current work in therapy and case management to build the swing bed program.
