Our goal is to create a formal collaborative organization that strengthens the operation of its Illinois critical access hospital members, thereby ensuring access to appropriate health care services for rural residents.

ICAHN Provides Value
ICAHN is dedicated to the success of rural health care in Illinois and is determined to provide the most professional and comprehensive services to ensure that success. ICAHN has a great wealth of information resources and talented people who are able to come together to face the issues of rural health care.

Whether it be our hospital department user groups, peer review network, access to grants, quality improvement scorecard - the "ICAHN Quality Alliance", Medicare financial cost report model, various list serves, or the many educational meetings and conferences held throughout the year, ICAHN will help provide tools to enable rural health care providers achieve success.

In addition, ICAHN can provide expert technology support and assistance for hospital-wide network design, equipment configuration, installation and troubleshooting and training in network administration and video conferencing to its members and other interested healthcare organizations.

ICAHN builds on its partnerships with the Illinois Department of Public Health`s Center for Rural Health, Illinois Hospital Association, academic institutions, and other rural health and economic development organizations.
