Kim Nelson-Galloway, RN, MS, MHA, Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center, was recently honored for her service as Education Chairman of the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network Board of Directors during ceremonies held November 14th in Champaign.
Serving as Director of Hospital Operations, Kim has been at Carle Hoopeston Regional Heath Center since 2010. Her previous roles include Case Management and Quality Director. While serving as Quality Director, CHRHC placed in the "Top 10 Facilities" for the Hospital Engagement Network (HEN) and HEN2.0, due in large part to reducing readmissions at the hospital from close to 15 percent to under 5 percent.
In addition to chairing the ICAHN Education Committee, she serves on the ICAHN Regulatory and Legislative Committee.
